Building instructions

A guide for every piece.

Explore custom brick models with numbered building steps, PDF instructions and matching CSV parts lists. Open real sample files before creating your own design.

One design, connected views.

The interactive preview, building steps, PDF booklet and parts list describe the same brick design. Selected sizes have their own results and reading positions. The download package includes the booklet, parts list and layer overview.

What is in each format?

Online steps help you rotate and inspect the design. The PDF presents numbered building instructions. The CSV lists the parts and quantities in that design. The package brings the digital instructions together.

A parts list is not a stock check, shopping quote or promise that every piece is available from a retailer.

The little duck example contains 274 pieces across 70 building steps, with a 44-page PDF. A step count and a PDF page count are different: a booklet also contains supporting pages and may arrange steps across its pages.

Understand access and checks.

Public models can be previewed without signing in. Full community files require sign-in and the appropriate model rights; some models are showcase only. No subscription is required to acquire a community model.

Geometry, connectivity, simplified pressure and assembly checks are reported separately. Physical stability is not verified.

Questions before you create.

Are these instructions for a retail building set?

These instructions are for custom digital brick designs created with Lingo Brick. For a retail set, consult its manufacturer’s instructions.

Can I try an instruction sample without buying a model?

The sample PDF, CSV and ZIP linked on this page are publicly available. Community model files have their own access rules and may require sign-in and acquisition.

Does the parts list tell me what I already own?

No. It describes the parts in this design. It does not compare them with your collection or tell you where to buy them.

Do the files guarantee a successful physical build?

No. A consistent digital layout and its instructions do not verify real-world stability, grip or every intermediate construction state. Review the design before using it for a physical build.
